We're seeking an exceptionally experienced CTO to serve as the sole technical engineer responsible for all hardware development and firmware engineering at NeoCharge. This demanding role requires 8+ years of experience, with proven expertise as a solo hardware engineer in startups, leading complete product development from concept through UL certification and production. You'll own the entire engineering stack while providing executive technical leadership.
