EVmatch is Making EVs Accessible to Everyone

Started by founder and CEO Heather Hochrein, EVmatch created a peer-to-peer network for EV charging. So, whether you’re on a long road trip and need to find the closest charging spot nearby, or you live in an apartment or rent and can’t get charging installed at home, EVmatch has you covered.

For the first time you can also make money and support more EVs on the road by listing your home charging station or outlet for rent on EVmatch. Customize your charger's availability and price so it works with your schedule. No sign-up fees and all charger types accepted. 

You may be wondering, how does it work? Hochrein explains: “You create a listing on EVmatch through the mobile app or on EVmatch.com, and you input some basic details about your charging equipment — the make and model, the voltage and amperage — then you set a price and availability, and we create a listing on the map with those specific parameters.” Watch this to learn more.

Equally as important, what if you’re an owner of a multi-unit dwelling and are looking to get charging installed for your tenants? With EVmatch’s new subnetwork feature, their software allows your tenants to share chargers efficiently among themselves and pay for their charging through the app. Plus, their solution is up to 60% less expensive than other options out there.
