NeoCharge Power+ Rewards Terms and Conditions
Program Eligibility
- This reward offer is only valid from January 1-31, 2025
- Limited to residential utility customers in California and New York with participating utilities
- Participating utilities include PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, Con Edison, O&R, and PSEG Long Island
- Must be 18 years or older
- Requires successful connection of utility account through the NeoCharge app
Reward Details
- One-time reward for connecting utility account
- Available reward options:
- (Default) Physical mailed Amazon Gift Card ($20)
- Emailed Amazon eGift Card ($20)
- PayPal Payment ($20)
- NeoCharge t-shirt
- If no reward preference is selected, by default an Amazon gift card will be mailed to the registered address associated with the connected meter
- Reward will be distributed in February within 30 days of successful utility account verification
Multiple Homes
- If you have multiple homes, you can enroll one home per participating utility on your NeoCharge account. The $20 reward will be issued for each home
- If you have multiple homes serviced by the same utility, only one can be connected per NeoCharge account. If you want to claim the reward for multiple homes in the same service territory, the homes must be connected to different NeoCharge accounts
Disqualification
- Multiple enrollments or reward claims for the same utility account will be void
- Disconnecting utility account before verification will void reward eligibility
- NeoCharge reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing reward
- Fraudulent claims or misuse will result in disqualification
General Terms
- NeoCharge reserves the right to modify or terminate this reward offer at any time
- All reward decisions made by NeoCharge are final
- Void where prohibited by law
