Bought my Tesla Model 3 and Tesla charger only to discover my circuit box couldn’t handle an additional 240V circuit. Also the electric company meter and main circuit breaker couldn’t handle the increased voltage needed. This unit was the ideal solution! I use my current 240 V dryer plug- the smart plug can supply 240 V to either my charger or the dryer! No city permits to get, no $15k upgrade to my electric panel! This is sheer genius!!
If your only home charging option is a dryer plug then I 100 percent recommend this! It effortlessly switches between dryer and my car charger. I don’t have to think about it or mess with it. The dryer gets primary and my car gets secondary. When the dryer is done with its cycle it will automatically start charging my Tesla !
Extremely happy with the NeoCharge splitter. Was extremely easy to setup. Love the fact that I no longer have to plug and unplug my dryer in order to charge my car. Best I investment ever!
Great way to save money-my breaker box is full so the estimates I got were from 5-6k. This box plus an extension cord was just under $500, and no worries about overheating and burning your house down 👍👍👍
This is a must have for people that don’t want to pay for expensive electrical installations. Works great!
This splitter is great. It's super easy to install, great quality and works perfectly. I am able to safely share a 30 amp (24Amp max) 240V circuit for my EV with an AC compressor (as primary), which seldom gets used, saving me thousands of dollars of electrical work. I highly recommend! Thanks for making such a useful product.

How does the Smart Splitter work?
The Smart Splitter provides two 240V outlet outputs from a single 240V input. With the Smart Splitter’s auto-switching technology, power is fed to only one outlet at a time. With the Smart Splitter, multiple devices such as electric dryers, EV chargers, or electric water heaters can be operated from a single outlet, saving you thousands of dollars from negated electrical upgrades.
The Smart Splitter functions by reading the total current draw coming from both receptacles and shutting off the Secondary side when the power draw exceeds the limit of the circuit breaker. After the Primary side finishes the session and the device recognizes that the total current draw is below the breaker threshold, it will then resume power to the Secondary.
The Primary outlet always maintains an idle current which enables the device on the Primary to maintain enough power to run any LED display screens or Smart devices to stay connected to WiFi.

What Smart Splitter model do I get?
If you are looking to share an existing outlet between two devices, you will use the Smart Splitter with the same outlet configuration as your existing outlet. Then, if one of your device's plugs is different from the Smart Splitter output, you can utilize an adapter to convert the receptacle model.
This is most common when sharing a dryer outlet between the appliance and an EV charger. The dryer will be plugged in directly into the Primary side of the Smart Splitter, and an adapter will be required to convert the other plug to a NEMA 14-50 for the EV charger to plug into.
