If you’re not pleased with your purchase, please head over to our Returns Portal or get in contact with our Customer Support team within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

2 Year Limited Warranty

NeoCharge warrants the Smart Splitter product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of purchase. If a Smart Splitter is deemed defective, NeoCharge will repair or replace, at no charge, the Smart Splitter or parts of the Smart Splitter that prove defective. 

The warranty includes:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Shipping damage
  • Any material, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete repairs including replacements
  • Supplier or manufacturer upgrades

The warranty excludes: 

  • If the device has been opened, altered, abused, or misused by the owner

After receiving a customer notice, the NeoCharge Customer Support team will help troubleshoot and, if defective, issue a return/replacement typically within two business days.

*NeoCharge shall make the final decision, with fairness to all parties, as to the legitimacy of the claim to this warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your Smart Splitter for a different model, you may self-serve using the Returns Portal. Exchanges can only be for Smart Splitter models of equal value. If you are looking to exchange for a Smart Splitter of differing value, you will need to return the original purchase and re-purchase on the NeoCharge website. Any discount codes used on the original purchase will be honored with the exchange.

Returns:
In an effort to reduce waste and encourage conscientious buying habits, all returns are subject to a Return Shipping fee that will be based upon the estimated cost of the return label.

Any Smart Splitter return that has had the packaging opened with the tear strip removed will be charged an additional $15 Restocking and Handling fee. Orders that are returned with the box unopened and the product unused will have the Restocking and Handling Fee waived.

If you are looking to exchange for an Adapter of differing value, you will need to return the original purchase and re-purchase on the NeoCharge website. Returns:

Mounting Bracket

Returns Policy

All sales of the Smart Splitter accessory mounting bracket are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do not offer any exceptions to this policy. We recommend reviewing your existing outlet carefully to ensure that you require the 2.5" diameter mounting bracket before making the purchase.
