Smart Splitter App

The latest updates and status for any known Smart Splitter App issues, as well as planned downtime for maintenance.





Reporting outage. Causing app to show Smart Splitter as disconnected. No charging data displayed on the app.

9/7 - 1pm PST. Issue resolved.
OTA firmware update sent out to all devices. To ensure update is implemented, power cycle the Smart Splitter and reconnect to wifi if the connection has been lost (device will flash blue for first 5 minutes after being connected to power if it is not connected to wifi).
